International Network  

ADPSS-Sociodata is the Italian member of CESSDA, Council of European Social Science Data Archives, the most important system of acquisition, archiving and distribution of data for social sciences. It connects data archives of fourteen countries.

A very important archive connected with CESSDA is the Zentralarchiv of the University of Cologne, with which ADPSS-Sociodata continues an intense collaboration. ADPSS-Sociodata participates to IFDO, International Federation of Data Organizations, in which it sustains the chairmanship since the year of its foundation, in 1983.
Moreover ADPSS-Sociodata collects in own data archive more surveys coming from ISSP, International Social Survey Program, a collaboration program which involve more of thirty countries in different part of the world for periodic realization of cross-nation researches.

Finally, ADPSS-Sociodata is a member of ICPSR, Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research, one of the most important data archive for world social sciences, that is located in the University of Michigan. In particular ADPSS-Sociodata is the Italian Official Representative, because it is part of Italian University network that participate to ICPSR.
