The Participants Assembly is an advisory body of UniData – Bicocca Data Archive. The Participants Assembly includes all professor, researcher, post-doc and PhD students coming from all Italian and foreign universities, as well as all non academic researchers, who are interested in or carry out their activities in fields related to the purposes of the centre.

Archetti Francesco
Full Professor at the Department of Informatics, Systems and Communication. The thematic areas of research are related to Data Science and Network Analytics, in particular the development of computational methods for the analysis of numeric data, also in streamig mode. Main application areas are: urban infrastructures, finance and mobility.
Blangiardo Gian Carlo
Full Professor at the Department of Statistics and Quantitative Methods. The thematic areas of research are related to demography, international migrations and the analysis of foreign presence in Italy, demographic policies, ageing, “centre” sampling design.
Boffi Mario
Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Research. The thematic areas of research are related to urban sociology, mobility, methodologies for the spatial analysis, geographic information systems.
Bottini Luca
Post-doc researcher at Department of Sociology and Social Research. His research topic covers many fields of urban sociology: the interaction between urban environment and social behavior, quality of life, neighborhood studies and local identity.
Colombo Monica Giancarla
Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology. Her research interests include the discursive construction of collective identities, discourse analysis, action research and xenophobia.
Cornelli Roberto
Associate Professor at the Department of Law. The thematic areas of research are related to fear of crime, trends of the criminology and crime policies, urban security, restorative justice and conflicts mediation, policing.
Costantini Giulio
Post-doctoral research fellow at the Psychology department. My primary research interests are in network analysis and in its applications to personality psychology, and in indirect methods to assess personality traits.
Crippa Franca
Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology. Thematic research areas involve descriptive and inferential analysis in behavioural studies, also related to gender, in the psychology, health and social fields, with specific reference to generalized linear mixed modeling and to Computational Social Science.
Decataldo Alessandra
Assistant professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Milano Bicocca, expert in the evaluation of university policies, big data, longitudinal analysis of administrative data, experimental designs. She has realized researches for national and international agencies and institutions; from 2014 to 2015 she was the Italian investigator of the research “Study on drop-out and completion in Higher Education in Europe” funded by European Commission, Directorate-General for Education and Culture.
Facchini Carla
Full Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Research. The thematic areas of research are related to the family and demographic changes, welfare policies, social professions, elderly and youth condition.
Farina Patrizia
Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Research. The thematic areas of research are related to demography in the poorest countries, the Chinese demographic transition, abuse and domestic violence.
Fellini Ivana
Assistant Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Research. Her research interests cover the analysis and the trends of the labour market in comparative perspective, the trends and transformations of the occupational structures and professions, immigrant’s insertion in the labour market. She participated to several international and national research projects and evaluation activities and is now coordinating the Italian Research Group based at the Department of Sociology and Social Research – University of Milano-Bicocca for the three-years project GEMM – Growth, Equal Opportunities, Migration & Markets financed by the Horizon2020 Programme.

Paccagnini Alessia
Lecture at the School of Economics at the University College Dublin (UCD). Previously, she was Assistant Professor of Econometrics at the University of Milan – Bicocca and Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute. During her career, she has been research visitor at the European Central Bank, University of Pennsylvania, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and Bank of England. Her research includes Time Series Analysis, Forecasting, Factor Models, Classical and Bayesian Econometrics, Applied Macroeconomics, DSGE Model Estimation, and Monetary Policy. Her work has been published in international prestigious journals such as Journal of Econometrics, Macroeconomic Dynamics, Computational Statistics and Data Analysis, Economics Letters, Journal of Forecasting, Journal of Empirical Finance, and Journal of Financial Stability among other.

Assistant Professor at the Department of Informatics, Systems and Communication. The thematic areas of research are related to artificial intelligence, data integration, knowledge representation, and semantic web.
Pelagatti Matteo
Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Management and Statistics. His areas of research are related to the analysis of time series, financial econometrics, business cycle analysis, energy markets, robust statistics.
Pennoni Fulvia
Associate Professor of methodological statistics at Department of Statistics and Quantitative Methods, University of Milano-Bicocca, since 2014. Researcher of Statistics at the same department from 2006 to 2013. Postdoctoral studies of one year at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission at the division of Econometrics and Applied Statistics. Ph.D. on Applied Statistics at the University of Florence, 2004. She is author of two books on latent variable models with international editors. In the topic of latent variables models she has key publications on referred international statistical journals. The research activity is on models for longitudinal data with latent variables and missing data with application in the social sciences.

Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law, at the School of Law. The fields of the research are related to the multilevel protection of Human Rights, in particular the freedom of expression. Besides, the cases law of the Constitutional Court about the privilege of the member of Parliament.
Terzera Laura
Associate Professor at the Department of Statistics and Quantitative Methods. The thematic areas of research are related to demography, in particular the structural, familiar and territorial aspects of immigration, estimates of the overall migrant population.
Volpato Chiara
Full Professor, Social Psychology, University of Milano-Bicocca. Main research interests: the social psychology of inequality; dehumanization and objectification processes; the social psychology of stereotype and prejudice; social identity and intergroup relations; socio-psychological analysis of historical texts.

Zogmaister Cristina
Associate Professor at Department of Psychology. I am interested in the measurement of psychological constructs (e.g., attitudes, opinions, habits), with both traditional techniques (questionnaires, surveys) and indirect measures (measures of implicit cognition, as for example the Association Test, Affect Misattribution Procedure; social media analysis). Moreover, I am interested in the formation and change of consumers attitudes.
